Calling all soccer parents in Kansas City! Join one of our upcoming in-person soccer parent education courses to learn more about soccer and help keep your player in the sport and avoid burnout. We are a neutral voice and here to support parents and players in the game of soccer.
All sessions are facilitated by Carrie Fry Robinson, Finesse Soccer founder and director.

There are about 3 million kids who play soccer in the United States. It’s a popular sport for many reasons, and kids are here for it! However, as a parent, it can present a lot of questions like: What is offside? How do I avoid burnout for my player? Why is “just kick it” not something we should holler from the sidelines? Beyond scoring a goal, what else is so exciting about soccer? What should my kid at their age be learning in soccer? How do we choose between recreational soccer and competitive/premier? Once we are in the competitive scene, how do we choose a club?
For your answers to these questions and more, join us at an upcoming soccer parent education course. Led by Finesse Soccer founder and director, Carrie Fry Robinson, who has over 15 years of coaching experience and 35 years of playing experience, her engaging and light-hearted approach will help you feel more knowledgeable and prepared to support your kiddo as you enjoy the Beautiful Game!

Soccer Parents FAQ We’ll discuss how to avoid burnout and help keep your player in the sport, tips for a successful season, general rules and tactics, and answer all the questions you have.
Soccer 102 A more in depth look at aspects of the game (u10 and up) with additional emphasis placed on the recreational and competitive soccer journey, how to choose a club, and formation specific tactics (7v7, 9v9, 11v11). If that sounded like complete gibberish, then we recommend starting with Soccer 101 which will get you caught up to speed!

Carrie Fry Robinson, Finesse Soccer Founder & Director
Carrie Fry Robinson played a key role in the women’s soccer revolution in Kansas City and continues to shape the future of the game as the founder of Finesse Soccer. If you’ve attended our camps, no doubt you’ve run into or heard about Coach Carrie!
