SUMMER CAMPS

16th Annual All Girls Camp!

Join us this summer for fun on the soccer field, new friendships and happy campers! Our all-girls camps feature age appropriate games and drills, scrimmages, campers challenges, interactive empowerment activities and an all-star, all female coaching staff. Over 50 years combined coaching experience.

Week 1

Positional Camps

Goal Scoring Camp * Defending Camp * Goalkeeping Camp

We created these three camps after hearing the same thing over and over from players and parents: there just isn’t enough time in team practices to really focus on position-specific development. Our Positional Camps are designed to help players sharpen the skills they use most in games through focused training, high reps, and position-specific coaching in a fun, competitive environment.

🧤 Goalkeepers will build confidence through shot blocking, angles, diving, footwork, distribution, and decision-making.

🛡️ Defenders will learn how to shut down attackers, win 1v1 battles, improve positioning and footwork, and stay composed under pressure.

⚽ Goal Scorers will work on creating and finishing chances, breakaways, crosses, PKs, and becoming more dangerous in front of goal.

At the end of each day, players come together in game-like environments to apply what they’ve learned in real soccer situations.

Schedule: Warmup > technical skills > tactical training > tactical application (Goal Scorers + Defenders + GK)> scrimmage!

One Day Only!

Parent + Kid Camp

Goal Scoring, Defending, Goalkeeper

A camp where adults can join in on the fun. No experience needed. Open to all skill levels and genders, 1st – 100th grade

Week 2

Skills & Empowerment Camp

Half day and full day options

Our all-around skills camp helps players level up their technique, confidence, and game awareness in a fun, encouraging environment. Most of the day is spent on the field playing, competing, and building skills through high-energy soccer activities, with empowerment themes naturally woven into everything we do. Players will grow not only as athletes, but also in confidence, leadership, resilience, and positive self-talk. They’ll leave camp more skillful, more confident, and excited to keep playing and growing. Open to all skill levels, with players grouped by age and ability to create the best experience for everyone.

Half Day Schedule: individual ball skills > technical skills > age appropriate games > camper challenges > scrimmage

Full Day Schedule: same as above, plus BYO lunch, on field games/scrimmages, and indoor mentorship and hands-on empowerment led by Coach Bailey (ex: creating visual affirmations)

Week 3

Season Finale Coed Camp

Kick off the fall season at our Summer Finale Coed Camp! Schedule: technical and skills training > on the ball skills > camper challenges > scrimmage
